This is the floor where supply chain partners, investors, and clinical buyers meet the next generation of devices in person; not through a slide deck, but hands-on, with the teams who built them standing behind the table. It runs across both days of the Northern New England MedTech Conference, alongside the keynote panels, breakout sessions, and the live Pitch Competition.
From researcher to founder.
The showcase begins with a short panel of founders who successfully transformed their academic work into startup companies.
They share their entrepreneurial journeys, the lessons they learned, and their insights on moving from research to venture creation; the practical version of a path most people only see the end of. The panel sets context for the floor and gives the broader audience a way into this part of the conference.
Following the panel, attendees are invited to explore the showcase and engage directly with the emerging innovators and the ideas behind each project.

Selection is curated. We build the floor to represent the strength and range of the region's medtech ecosystem, balancing stage, category, and geography across Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. Participating companies are confirmed alongside the agenda each fall.
