Eli Moulton
Managing Member, Moulton Law Group
Eli is the managing member of the Moulton Law Group, where he applies over 25 years of corporate law expertise to guide clients through mergers and acquisitions, financing strategies, and corporate governance. He specializes in practical, deal-specific legal solutions for entrepreneurs, investors, and businesses across industries, from technology to renewables. Eli has been instrumental in shaping Vermont’s capital-raising laws and is a recognized leader in innovative financing methods. Beyond his practice, Eli enjoys woodworking, skiing, and family life in the Vermont home he built by hand.
Sol Diamond
CEO, Lodestone Biomedical
Sol is an associate professor of engineering at Dartmouth where he teaches the capstone engineering design sequence, as well as computer-aided design. His research in biomedical engineering currently focuses on in vivo biosensing of immunotherapy treatment response in the tumor microenvironment with magnetic nanoparticles. Sol is the co-founder and CEO of Lodestone Biomedical where he is commercializing the biosensor technology to increase the success rate of drug development in immuno-oncology. Sol also serves as the co-director of the Design Initiative at Dartmouth (DIAD) where he applies design methods and mindsets to facilitate interdisciplinary scholarship at the intersection of technology and the liberal arts in service to society.
Louisa Schibli
Director of Impact & Engagment, RuralWorks Partners
Louisa is RuralWorks’ Director of Impact and Engagement and a member of the Investment Committee. She is the co-founder of Milk Money Vermont, an online equity crowdfunding platform connecting everyday Vermonters to Vermont businesses looking to raise capital. She was a 2019/2020 fellow at the Just Economy Institute, focusing on the support of financial activists and use of different forms of financial, social and natural capital to generate positive social and environmental change. She’s also a founding member of the Vermont Women’s Investor Network (VTWIN) that supports female investors, founders and local innovation ecosystems. She was a 2021 Vermont Leadership Institute graduate While living in Switzerland for 12 years and earlier in her career, she worked in physical commodities trading at Glencore. Louisa lives and works in rural Vermont.
