Kellie LaRochelle is a practical problem solver and visionary leader with a robust background in science and medicine, emphasizing organization, efficiency, simplicity, and integrity in all her endeavors. As the CEO of Imagene Technology, Kellie oversees a leading company that specializes in supplying IsoFlow Reagent Dispensing systems to manufacturers of lateral flow test strips. Her unique blend of medical expertise and entrepreneurial acumen drives her commitment to developing cutting-edge solutions that positively impact global healthcare outcomes.

Ethan Rochelle

CoFounder and CEO, QUEL Imaging

Ethan received his PhD from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College in 2020. His research focused on the clinical translation of in vivo fluorescent and phosophorescent imaging for applications at the intersection of photodynamic and radiation therapies. He is a 2017 recipient of the National Science Foundation GRFP Fellowship. He has previous industry experience in cloud-based infrastructure development and data analysis.

QUEL (Pronunciation: /kɛl/) Imaging, was established in 2019 by a student-faculty team from the Center for Imaging Medicine, part of the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth, providing world-leading expertise in biomedical optics.

Co-Founder and CTO, WAHTS Hearing

James is the CTO and Co-founder of WAHTS Hearing, a company transforming hearing care by enabling clinical-standard hearing testing without a booth. He leads system design, engineering analysis, experimental design, and data analysis with a focus on biomedical applications. Passionate about the entire R&D project lifecycle, James thrives on every phase from initial brainstorming and detailed engineering design to the demonstration of functional prototypes. His comprehensive approach and interdisciplinary expertise drive the innovative edge at WAHTS Hearing, enhancing both product development and technological breakthroughs in the field. 

Thomas Yen

Lead, ScribePT

Thomas Yen is a seasoned entrepreneur and healthcare innovator with a deep-rooted passion for revolutionizing the MedTech industry. With over two decades of experience, Tom has led several successful startups from inception to transformative growth. He is currently the Lead at ScribePT, an early stage venture that uses human scribes, powered by advanced machine learning models, to deliver the first suite of PT focused medical documentation services. Thomas has held leadership roles in both startup ventures and established healthcare organizations, honing his skills in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and driving disruptive innovation. Tom holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Stanford University.

Sol Diamond

CEO, Lodestone Biomedical

Sol is an associate professor of engineering at Dartmouth where he teaches the capstone engineering design sequence, as well as computer-aided design. His research in biomedical engineering currently focuses on in vivo biosensing of immunotherapy treatment response in the tumor microenvironment with magnetic nanoparticles. Sol is the co-founder and CEO of Lodestone Biomedical where he is commercializing the biosensor technology to increase the success rate of drug development in immuno-oncology. Sol also serves as the co-director of the Design Initiative at Dartmouth (DIAD) where he applies design methods and mindsets to facilitate interdisciplinary scholarship at the intersection of technology and the liberal arts in service to society.
