Andrew Grosvenor

Associate, Merritt & Merritt

Andrew is an attorney who works with startups and businesses on legal issues including formation, fundraising, intellectual property, contracts, software licensing, blockchain, and litigation. He partners with organizations like Alpha Loft and uses tools such as flat-fee billing and online scheduling to support clients. Andrew graduated magna cum laude from Vermont Law School, where he was Technology Editor of the Vermont Law Review and a judicial extern to New Hampshire Supreme Court Justice James P. Bassett.

Lawrence Miller

Senior Advisor, Mission Investments, Vermont Community Foundation

Lawrence Miller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting, advisory roles, and executive leadership. Currently serving as Director at TouchPoint, Inc. and Senior Advisor for Mission Investments at The Vermont Community Foundation, Lawrence has also held positions as an Independent Consultant at Five Vine Consulting, LLC since 2017, and Director at The National Bank of Middlebury since 2004. Previous roles include Senior Advisor and Chief of Health Care Reform for the Office of the Governor of Vermont, Secretary at the Vermont Agency of Commerce and Community Development, and CEO of Danforth Pewterers, Ltd. Additionally, Lawrence founded Otter Creek Brewing, Inc. Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Reed College and has furthered education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
